Henry is a gentle giant of a kitty who was living in an abandoned house in a bad neighborhood in Trenton, just trying to survive one day at a time. Henry was rescued by a good samaritan after a group of teenagers had thrown rocks at him and tried to shoot him with a BB gun.
Despite his tough time on the streets of Trenton, Henry has a wonderful temperment and is very friendly and loving. He loves to be near people and is not shy about letting you know he wants attention.
Henry has been to a veterinarian, and was neutered and vaccinated, estimated to be around 5 years of age.
Henry did test positive for FIV, but is completely healthy. With proper care, FIV positive cats can live long, healthy lives.
He does not like other cats, so he would have to go to a home where he is the only cat.
We are hoping there is a kind person or family out there who will give Henry the loving, permanent home he deserves.
Won't you please give Henry a chance? He would love to be your friend!
